Originally from Billings, Montana, Loren moved to San Diego in the 1990s. Before joining Eagle Paving in 2020, he spent 30 years with two San Diego-based paving companies. Loren's expertise extends beyond estimating—he began his career in the field as a paving machine and roller operator, as well as a striping supervisor. Over the years, he worked his way up to project and account manager, and now serves as one of our senior estimators. Outside of work, Loren stays active with a love for skiing and golfing.

Currently serving as the Seal Coat Production Manager for both Eagle Paving and JB Bostick Anaheim, Mike began his career in the field, working with asphalt for 9 years. He later transitioned into sales and production. Outside of work, Mike stays active with an annual group adventure trip, where he and his friends embark on hiking, rafting, mountain climbing, and more—an event he’s looked forward to for the past 24 years.

With hands-on experience in paving and seal coating, Joel Jr. worked his way up through the ranks—starting as a machine operator, then foreman, and later project manager—before reaching his current position. His broad expertise allows him to handle a variety of projects, including recently the management of Eagle’s Concrete department. During his free time, Joel Jr. spends time with his family and his new baby girl born in March 2025.

His journey began as a part-time retail salesman at CompUSA while attending SDSU, and he worked his way up from his first full-time role as Helpdesk to becoming a system and network administrator. Within his role, he supervises all IT related tasks and issues across the three PaveMasters branches. An avid car builder and enthusiast, Huey’s latest project is an LS-powered 1992 Toyota Cressida, which he completed entirely in his own garage.

David, a California native, was born in East Los Angeles and earned a BFA in Liberal Arts from UC Santa Barbara.
